Deleting your account
What happens, in full, before you decide.
Last updated 20 July 2026What is erased
Your name, username, biography, photographs, phone number, email address, saved locations, bank details, identity documents, private messages, reviews, follows, bookmarks, and the IP addresses recorded against your sign-ins and your visits.
What stops being served
Your recipes, posts and live streams come down. Job listings close. They are withdrawn rather than dropped, because a recipe somebody paid for is part of that payment record.
What we keep, and why
Payments, payouts and ledger entries — what was charged, when, and how much tax was on it — with your name removed from them. A platform that takes money has to be able to show a tax inspector what it took, years later. We would rather say so than promise an erasure we are not allowed to perform.
When it happens
Immediately. There is no waiting period and no support conversation: you ask, a code arrives in your inbox, you enter it, and it is done. It cannot be undone by us or by anybody else.
How to delete it
Open Settings and use the delete panel at the bottom. We send a six-digit code to the address on your account; entering it does the deletion immediately. There is no support conversation and no waiting period, and nobody — including us — can undo it afterwards.
